[[the domesticated]]

mother of all days

wow. today was such an unproductive day. first off, we had to take a cab to carrefour for lunch because food ave was closed. and all this after waiting so long, i was literally starving. bought some groceries for vin, then came home. got conned into watching kitchen confidential. argh. no progress at all on my studying. then i went to club98. and here comes the domesticated housewife part. first i sewed pants and a tie. then i cooked dinner. with help from my 'maid'. haha.. was rather fun, when we got started. had a minor setback when we couldn't get the gas to work. turns out the gas head was not screwed on properly. made elbow pasta with chicken and mushrooms. had to get joven and kevin to help us finish it.. not bad for a first time i have to say. haha. yummy.

mother's day today too. called me mummy and wished her. sent a card home earlier. wrote proverbs 31 in it. "And her children arise and called her blessed". not only is she blessed but she has blessed many people as well. including me and my brothers. love u mummy. pastor's message last night about mother's day included the same verses. and my dear jaslyn sent me a happy mother's day msg. and so did my other daughter szulyn. see how thotful my children are.. my pm10 daughter and my imu daughter. hehee.

looks like i am keeping this blog up for now. haha. nursing week. and champions league final. woohoo!~
