ooh.. jus realized I've been neglecting this these last few days... so here's a review of my last 3 days.. hehe
monday i made myself useful n went tile shopping wif my daddy... no, I did not spell anything wrong.. tile shopping is rite.. went to choose n see tiles for our new house (currently under construction).. saw a sweet bathroom tile in my fav colour.. blue..! d colour was jus so.. calming.. hehe.. came home n 'conked out' (hehe, jude) after dinner cos had a headache..
yest i spent d whole afternoon vainly searching for jokes on bgr's.. as u can probly guess, most turned out to be perverse or suggestive.. and others downright degrading one or both sexes.. so yeah, vainly.. and den at nite, went to get presents for frens before our movie.. turns out it started at 7 instead of 715 as we were informed.. so missed d first 15 mins of 'seven swords', throwing us into further confusion concerning the characters n stuff.. there being 7 main characters.. duh, one per sword.. was rather disappointing actually.. especially the attempted love scenes cos it came out of nowhere.. i mean all of a sudden d gal comes n lies down next to d guy??!! I mean, yeah, every guy's dream, but where did that come from? n another gal falls in love wif a guy after one encounter where he gives her diluted blood off his sword to drink?? puh-leez.. all i can say in summary, it was a very jerky movie.. leaving us wondering what jus happened n why all that was going on.. then we went to green hill corner for supper.. in the case of john, n partly me.. dinner.. so d 6 of us.. alvin, sae, hung, john, tiong n me had an extremely long chat while yam cha-ing about various things.. lasting almost as long as our movie! came back realatively late.. hehe..
nothing of real interest today.. oh, except i came upon a rather interesting quote in d book I was reading.. 'If we don't chase things - sometimes the things following us can catch up.' something to think about.. oh, but bear in mind, this should not be taken to meangiving up pursuing dreams. dreams n fancies are entirely different things..
